Founded in 2005, EMLL is more than just a lacrosse league — we’re a welcoming home for adults 18+ who love the sport, the people, and the spirit of the game. In 2022, we proudly became a co-ed league, and we continue to grow with a focus on inclusivity and belonging. Whether you're a lifelong player or picking up a stick for the first time, you're part of the squad here.
🤝 Play Together, Grow Together We believe the game is better when more people play — that’s why we keep things low-pressure and high-fun. Sunday league play from April through June is at the heart of our season, with drop-in shinny during the week to keep the connection strong.
?? Year-Round Action & Friendship Cold outside, but still fired up to play? You’re in luck — winter shinny runs in Beaumont (September-March) and St. Albert. These are separately organized, privately run shinny nights, independent of our league — but many of our members take part to stay connected and keep their skills fresh. Interested in joining?
